The Hand-zu-Hand was founded in 2024 in Kassel, Germany. We assist people in Africa in improving their quality of life and achieving their full potential by providing healthcare, education, and other fundamental services to the people of Africa.

We believe that by working together, we can make a significant impact on the lives of the people we serve.
